Getting a will starts out with a form for you to fill out to the best of your ability. If you have questions, no problem, that is what I am here for. Fill out the form where you can and we will fill in the blanks together.
In order for me to represent you, we need your retainer letter signed and submitted as well as the retainer amount paid in full by cheque or bank draft or cash.
We can have a telephone or in person chat and get all the particulars of your interests. From this, we can get the documents ready for you to sign and witness.
We can set up an appointment for you to come in and sign the documents. We can send your signed documents to you via email, fax, mail or in person for you to keep safe.
Making the time to have a will prepared is one of the best ways to protect your family and assets.

We have used Lisa twice and each time has been amazing! Not only is she thorough, she also explains things in terms I understood. I never felt rushed in any way and felt encouraged to ask questions. On top of it all, we had a few laughs along the way! I would highly recommend Lisa and her team!
